The Sansevieria Cork Workshop in Tanckuché, Campeche, keeps this tradition alive. Comprised of 8 members who stand out for their sustainable practices with the environment, planting sansevieria by quadrants to allow the earth to regenerate its nutrients naturally. All their work, from planting to grooming and corking, is done manually, respectfully, and with traditional Mayan techniques.
